After you arrive for your appointment and complete paperwork, our staff will get you situated in the treatment room. From there, the provider will walk through the process they will use, depending on the area being treated. Thermage now uses the new Comfort Pulse Technology™, which adds subtle vibrations deep into the treated areas. CPT technology increases patient comfort, enabling higher energy delivery for greater effectiveness.

Thermage uses several “tips” – each with a unique purpose and the ability to treat the skin at different body and facial locations. 

• The original Thermatip for the face is a smaller tip with a shallower heat penetration. 

• The DC tip (Deep Contour Tip) was developed for areas of the body, such as the tummy, arms, knees, and thighs, which have thicker fat layers. 

• The latest tip, the Thermage Tip 16, is a large-size tip that evenly treats large areas much faster and more comfortably. This skin-tightening laser treatment now uses the new Comfort Pulse Technology, which adds subtle vibrations deep into the treated areas. CPT technology increases patient comfort, enabling higher energy levels to be delivered for greater effectiveness.
• The Thermage FLX Body Tip provides increased comfort and deeper RF energy penetration. The extra-large tip means treatments are much faster. The CPT technology radically increases comfort levels, enabling greater energy delivery and greater effectiveness. Change the contours of your hips, waist, thighs, and buttocks in a single treatment session. Treatment with the new Thermage FLX Body 16.0 cm2 tip will take about 45 minutes and result in less discomfort for patients.
