Dr. Solomiya Grushchak combined four treatments: dermal filler, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, BOTOX®, and Sculptra®. When you look at the before photo, you can see deep lines across the forehead and glabella, significant creasing around the mouth and chin, and noticeable volume loss throughout the midface and cheeks. The plan addressed both skin texture and structural volume loss together, which is why multiple modalities were used rather than a single treatment. BOTOX® targeted muscle-driven lines; Sculptra® and dermal filler worked to restore volume in areas where the face had hollowed; fractional CO2 resurfacing addressed surface texture and fine lines across the skin. The after photo shows the skin in an earlier stage of healing, with visible redness consistent with post-treatment recovery from the laser. Results vary from patient to patient.
