Two treatments were combined here: Sculptra to stimulate collagen production and restore facial structure from within, and CO₂ laser resurfacing to address skin texture, tone, and fine lines at the surface. The logic is straightforward. Sculptra works gradually beneath the skin, building support over time, while the CO₂ laser works on what you actually see, targeting the outer layers directly. In the after photo, the midface appears fuller and the skin surface looks smoother, with visible reduction in fine lines across the forehead and cheeks. Neither treatment alone addresses both layers.
