Skinvive was injected around the mouth/lower face area for this 63-year-old patient by RN Tammy Harrington at La Jolla Cosmetic Laser Clinic & Dermatology. Skinvive is an intradermal hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable, approved to address skin quality in the cheeks, and it's sometimes used off-label in perioral areas to address skin texture. The after photo, taken shortly after treatment, shows some expected post-injection redness and small injection-site marks around the perioral region, which are normal and temporary. You can see the skin surface in that zone appears more hydrated in the after image. The after photo documents the immediate post-treatment state rather than a fully settled result, so what you're viewing here is early in the process.
