Liposuction addressed localized fat in the lower face and neck area, while ThermiTight delivered radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to promote tissue tightening in the same region. The two procedures are often planned together when both fat removal and skin contraction are part of the treatment goal. You can see in the after photo that the jawline and neck contour have changed noticeably compared to the before image.
